As often as you like! Most of our customers create new plans at the start of the fiscal year, then run scenarios quarterly to see how they want to modify their plan based on the progress.

Once a scenario has been approved, TeamOhana enables you to merge it with the overall headcount plan with one click – saving significant time and providing real-time visibility.

It depends on the stakeholder, but the general answer is yes. TeamOhana scenarios are collaborative, so once you are satisfied with the plan you’ve created, you can invite others to view, leave comments, and (in some cases) edit it. Once you are all happy with the final output, you can request approval.

At the beginning of the fiscal year, finance will create budget envelopes in TeamOhana and distribute them to each department. Then, each hiring manager can model headcount and see real-time budget impact, including forecast and variance.

You can use scenarios both to create new plans and modify existing plans. The modify plan capability is your team’s path to staying agile throughout the year, making budget-neutral adjustments as things change.
