Heading

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

About the webinar:

Are you struggling with the complexities of headcount planning in a fast-paced, high-growth environment?

This webinar is a must-watch for leaders who want to streamline their processes and eliminate the inefficiencies of traditional methods. Amanda Gregg, VP of People Operations, and Todd Sulzinger, Director of FP&A at Second Front Systems, share their real-world experiences and how adopting TeamOhana transformed their approach to managing headcount. Discover how they moved away from cumbersome spreadsheets and embraced a solution that enhances collaboration, accountability, and decision-making across their organization. If you're looking for actionable insights on how to optimize your headcount planning and stay ahead in today's dynamic business landscape, this session is for you.

Key Takeaways:

  • Managing headcount with spreadsheets often leads to issues such as misalignment between departments, data discrepancies, and a lack of transparency. Spreadsheets are prone to errors, and changes made by one team might not be reflected across the organization, leading to confusion and inefficiencies.
  • Having real-time visibility into budget implications when making headcount decisions ensures that managers stay within budget, avoiding both overspending and underspending. This proactive approach helps maintain financial health while supporting the company's growth objectives.
  • Todd empowers managers at Second Front Systems to experiment with different hiring plans by running multiple scenarios. They can now see the budgetary impacts in real-time, enabling them to make informed decisions quickly and significantly reduce the time and complexity involved in planning.
  • Collaboration in TeamOhana, with tools like email notifications, audit trails, comments, and chat, enhances the speed and clarity of decision-making. Managers can quickly approve changes, and the entire team remains informed about the latest updates, reducing reliance on platforms like Slack that can become noisy and hard to track.
  • The biggest change in Second Front Systems’ headcount process is elevated accountability across all levels. With everyone accessing the same information in a single source of truth, they reduced miscommunication and ensured decisions were based on accurate, up-to-date data.
  • Second Front’s Finance and HR teams collaborate much more effectively with a headcount planning platform because it ensures both sides are aligned on hiring plans and budgets. With improved collaboration, they’re able to avoid potential conflicts, hit hiring goals, and support the company's overall strategy.
